"The account settings were way more confusing..."
The account settings were way more confusing than they needed to be, and trying to cancel was a hassle. It’s not even about that I wanted to cancel so much, it’s that the whole process felt unnecessarily annoying.

"Refund was a hassle from start to finish"
The whole refund process with Strut Health was just frustrating. I kept having to follow up, then I’d get these replies that felt super generic, like nobody was actually looking into it. And the whole time I still wasn’t really sure what was happening or when I’d get my money back. It just dragged on way too much for something that should’ve been simple. I don’t think I’d use them again

"Support helped, but it took a little while"
I had to reach out to support about my order earlier this week, and they were friendly enough once I got a response. They answered my questions and helped clear things up, which I appreciated. It did take longer than I was hoping, though, so by the time everything was sorted out, it felt like an okay experience rather than a great one.

The consultation was a little confusing for me and ended up taking longer than I expected. I had to re-enter some information a few times, which got frustrating, and I eventually stopped before finishing. It might’ve just been my experience, but I think the process could be a bit smoother.

I was a little suspicious going in because canceling stuff like this usually turns into a hassle. But it wasn’t too bad. I cancelled without much trouble, though I did have to wait a bit for the confirmation. Support eventually got it handled, and I checked my account afterward just to be sure, no extra charges showed up

I wasn’t happy with the quality at all. It felt really cheap right out of the box, and then it didn’t even work properly. I mean, give me a break, if I’m paying for something, I at least expect it to function like it’s supposed to

"I placed my prescription request thinking it..."
I placed my prescription request thinking it would be a quick process, but then the waiting started. I checked back later that day, then the next day, and even a few days after that, and it still hadn’t been approved. It got frustrating because I was expecting to have it sorted out much sooner. At this point, I’m still waiting and just hoping it gets handled soon

"Pretty good follow-up, with one small delay"
After I placed my order with Strut, I was glad they didn’t just disappear. They checked in with me afterward, and when I had a couple questions, getting answers was straightforward and didn’t feel like a hassle.

The only reason I’d call it a 4-star experience instead of 5 is that one reply took a little longer than I expected. But once they did get back to me, the response was helpful, and I felt like they were actually paying attention to what I needed

"I got confused by the billing dates"
I signed up thinking the pricing was straightforward, but then I started seeing charges I wasn’t expecting. I’m not sure if it billed me right away or after some trial period, because the timing wasn’t very clear to me. Maybe I missed something when I signed up, but the billing info could’ve been a lot easier to understand. I won’t be using it again

"Took forever with barely any updates"
My order seemed to just sit there processing for days, and I barely got any updates about what was going on. I had to keep checking the status myself, which got really frustrating. Maybe it eventually moved along, but the slow service is what stood out to me the most. Not a great experience.

"Safety screening felt a little rushed"
I tried Strut Health signing up was simple. Easy. The whole process moved along without much trouble, but the safety screening felt a bit too quick for me.

It was mostly basic questions, and I kept expecting a little more follow-up before things moved forward. Hmm. Maybe it’s totally fine for some people, but with health stuff, I personally would’ve felt better with a more careful check.

I reached out to support expecting a basic response, but it took way too long to hear anything back. Even after waiting, I still didn’t get a real answer or any actual help. At this point, I feel like this needs to be escalated because the issue is still unresolved

"Communication could’ve been clearer"
The service itself was okay, but the communication was kind of confusing. Like, I had to ask the same things more than once, and even then the replies didn’t really clear anything up. I don’t know, it just felt like I was having to pull the info out instead of getting a straightforward answer. A bit frustrating, honestly.

"Decent service, but the price feels just okay"
I used Strut Health and overall it was a smooth experience. I don’t want to act like it was outrageously expensive or anything, because it really wasn’t, but once I added everything up, it ended up being more than I was hoping to spend. The process itself was easy and convenient, which I do appreciate, and that’s part of why I was okay giving it a try. I just wish the pricing had felt a little more affordable or at least been clearer from the start. Not a bad option, but for me the value was more average than great

"Didn’t feel as private as I expected"
I really wanted to give it a try, but they asked for so much personal health info that I started feeling uneasy. I also couldn’t find a clear answer about who actually has access to it. For something that’s supposed to be private, the emails and texts felt way too obvious for me. When I reached out to support, I felt like they were putting it back on me for being concerned instead of really answering my questions. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I didn’t feel confident that my info would stay discreet, so I stopped using it.

"I was honestly shocked by how fast it worked"
I was expecting to wait forever, but the results came way quicker than I thought! It did take a tiny bit of patience, but i was sitting there like, “Wait, that’s it? It’s already working?” Such a relief.
